Ops Lead
Runs daily delivery across the team — assigns work, keeps projects on track, and makes sure every client deliverable ships on time and to standard.
Account Manager
Owns client relationships end-to-end — the main point of contact, translating goals into briefs and keeping every account happy and growing.
Content Operator
Produces social and content across platforms — writing, scheduling, and publishing the daily output that keeps client feeds alive and on-brand.
Video Editor / Producer
Handles all video and live-stream production — short-form edits, long-form cuts, captions, and produced live shopping sessions from setup to delivery.
Editor / QC
The final quality gate — reviews every deliverable before it leaves the building so each piece is accurate, on-brand, and client-ready.
Technical Builder / Dev
Builds the things we ship — websites, chatbots, and automations — and manages the AI automation stack that powers delivery across the agency.
Finance / Admin VA
Keeps the back office running — invoicing, payments, contracts, and bookkeeping handled cleanly so the rest of the team can focus on the work.
